Food trucks are the latest fast food rage. The trucks have been around since for a long time, but now they’re popping up everywhere. The food is varied-barbecue, Mexican, Japanese, Polish, curry, pizza, burgers and fries, Thai, soul food and the list goes on. But, is it safe to eat food prepared in a truck?
